Fuzhou Jingrun operates one of East China’s largest specialized workshops for compressed nonwoven goods, including mini coin wipes, travel face towels, and compressed hotel bath sheets.
1. 50-Ton Precision Hydraulic Compression
Using ultra-high-pressure hydraulic stamping presses, 100% plant fiber towels (up to 70×140 cm for bath towels) are compressed into ultra-compact, featherlight pucks and candy-sized tablets measuring merely 2×1 cm. The compression process is entirely mechanical—zero chemical resins or binding agents are used.
2. Instant 3-Second Water Reactivation
Upon pouring just 5–10 ml of clean water onto the tablet, the compressed plant fibers absorb moisture instantly via capillary hydro-action, re-expanding into a thick, resilient, tear-resistant full-size towel within 3 seconds.
3. High-Speed Candy Blister Packing
Our workshop integrates fully automated rotary blister packing and candy-style flow-wrapping lines capable of turning out over 500,000 individually wrapped tablets daily. Custom retail packs include tubes, stand-up zipper pouches, blister cards, and bulk display boxes.
