1. Environmental & Air Purification Architecture
The cleanroom utilizes an integrated positive-pressure HVAC system equipped with G4 primary filtration, F8 intermediate filtration, and H14 terminal HEPA filters. Air change rates exceed 25 times per hour, guaranteeing that airborne particulate counts remain strictly below international Class 100,000 cleanroom thresholds (≤ 3,520,000 particles/m³ at ≥0.5 μm).
2. 8-Stage EDI Ultra-Pure Pharmaceutical Water System
For wet wipes, baby cleansing tissues, and sanitized products, Jingrun employs an 8-stage reverse osmosis (RO) combined with Electro-Deionization (EDI) purification loop. The resulting water attains medical conductivity standards (resistivity > 10 MΩ·cm), eliminating minerals, heavy metals, pyrogens, and microorganisms.
3. On-Site Microbiological Quality Control Lab
Our dedicated QC laboratory conducts microbial testing on every production batch before release, including total aerobic microbial count, yeast and mold count, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans assays.
