Raw mother rolls of spunlace nonwovens are loaded onto pneumatic unwinding shafts with automatic tension control, preventing fiber distortion and ensuring uniform thickness across the entire roll width.

All conversion lines operate under continuous positive-pressure HEPA air filtration. Operators undergo strict air-shower decontamination protocols before entering, wearing anti-static sterile apparel, hairnets, and nitrile gloves to maintain zero contamination throughout the entire conversion cycle.
